This document applies to the AdsMyself website and platform available at https://www.adsmyself.com/.
This Privacy Policy explains how AdsMyself collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal data when you visit the Website or use the platform.
This Policy is intended to comply with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and, where applicable, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
AdsMyself acts as a personal data owner/controller for data processed for registration, account operation, subscriptions, security, support, communications, legal compliance, and Service development.
For personal data that a business user provides or makes available through connected advertising accounts, lead forms, customer audiences, CRM systems, or other sources, AdsMyself may act as a data manager/processor on the user’s documented instructions.
Google, Meta, TikTok, payment providers, and other third parties may act as independent controllers under their own privacy policies.

3.3. Lead and Audience Data — Where a user connects lead forms, CRM audiences, or similar features, AdsMyself may process contact details, identifiers, conversion information, and other data lawfully provided through the integration. The user is responsible for the legal basis and required notices to the relevant individuals.
3.4. Payment and Subscription Data — Plan, subscription status, billing period, currency, amount, date, transaction identifier, and limited information received from the payment provider. AdsMyself does not store complete payment-card details where payment is handled by an independent payment provider.

5.1. Performance of a Contract — Creating and administering accounts; providing functionality; connecting integrations; synchronizing data; executing commands; managing subscriptions; and providing support.
5.2. Legitimate Interests — Security, fraud prevention, technical logging, diagnostics, protection of legal rights, Service improvement, and aggregated usage analysis where these interests are not overridden by user rights.
5.3. Legal Obligations — Tax and accounting records, responding to lawful requests, and compliance with data-protection and information-security requirements.
5.4. Consent — Marketing communications, optional tracking technologies, or other processing where consent is legally required. Consent may be withdrawn without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
During OAuth authorization, you are shown the requested permissions. AdsMyself uses them for the functionality you enable and in accordance with the rules of the relevant platform.
OAuth tokens are protected through technical and organizational safeguards. They are retained until the integration is revoked, no longer needed, or another justified retention period applies.
After an integration is disconnected, new access stops. Historical data may be retained for the periods described in this Policy and then deleted or anonymized.
AdsMyself currently does not use cookies, pixels, or other browser-storage technologies for analytics, advertising, or personalization. Further information is provided in the Cookie Policy.
Servers and infrastructure may automatically generate technical logs, including IP address and request time. These logs are not cookies and are used for security, diagnostics, and reliable operation.

Payment and accounting records are retained for the period required by tax and accounting law.
OAuth tokens are retained until the integration is disconnected or they are no longer needed.
Security, API, and automation logs are generally retained for up to 12 months unless longer retention is needed for an incident investigation or dispute.

Data processed by AdsMyself as processor on behalf of a business user is retained according to that user’s instructions, settings, and data processing agreement.
After the relevant period, data is deleted, anonymized, or isolated where continued retention is legally required.
AdsMyself uses risk-based technical and organizational safeguards, including protected transmission, access controls, role separation, protection of tokens and secrets, backups, logging, and monitoring.
No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. In the event of an incident, AdsMyself will respond according to the risk and applicable legal requirements.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, and portability of data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or the relevant EU/EEA supervisory authority.
To protect data, AdsMyself may verify identity and authority before completing a request. Certain data may be retained where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.
You may disconnect Google, Meta, or TikTok through AdsMyself or the settings of the relevant platform.
An account deletion request may be submitted through the available interface or Website contact channel. Deletion does not affect data lawfully retained for accounting, security, disputes, or legal obligations.
The Service is intended for adult business users and is not directed to children. AdsMyself does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 18 for creation of their own accounts.
AdsMyself automated rules perform technical actions based on parameters configured by the user and data from third-party platforms. They do not make decisions that produce legal effects concerning an individual or similarly significantly affect an individual within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
