AdsMyself Terms of Use

Effective date: August 2, 2026

This document applies to the AdsMyself website and platform available at https://www.adsmyself.com/.

1. General

These Terms of Use govern access to the AdsMyself website and use of the software platform, related features, integrations, and materials (collectively, the "Service").

AdsMyself is a software service for managing digital advertising campaigns. In these Terms, "AdsMyself," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of the Service.

By creating an account, connecting an advertising account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company, entrepreneur, client, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

The AdsMyself Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy form part of the rules governing the Service.

2. Purpose of the Service

AdsMyself enables users to connect Google, Meta, and TikTok advertising accounts, view and synchronize available marketing data, import existing campaigns, create new campaigns, and configure automated monitoring and management rules.

Users may set target or threshold metrics, including cost per lead, advertising spend, conversion counts, analysis periods, and actions to be taken when specified conditions are met.

Available functionality depends on the subscription plan, third-party API availability, user permissions, and technical limitations.

AdsMyself is a technical tool and is not an advertising agency, financial adviser, representative of Google, Meta, or TikTok, or a guarantor of marketing results.

3. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

You may use the Service if you are at least 18 years old, have legal capacity, and use the Service for lawful business, professional, or commercial purposes.

You must provide accurate information, keep it current, and have the lawful right to connect the relevant advertising accounts, pages, business accounts, pixels, data sources, and other assets.

You are responsible for compliance with applicable law and the rules of Google, Meta, TikTok, and other connected services, as well as for the legality of advertised products, services, audiences, creative materials, claims, and lead collection methods.

4. Account and Security

You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential, managing roles and permissions, and all activity performed through your account, except where caused by a confirmed security breach attributable to AdsMyself.

If you suspect unauthorized access, loss of account control, or compromise of an integration, you must promptly notify us through the contact channel published on the Website.

We may require re-authentication, proof of authority, or temporarily restrict access where reasonably necessary for security.

5. Connecting Google, Meta, and TikTok

When connecting a third-party platform, you grant AdsMyself the permissions displayed in the relevant OAuth screen or other authorization interface. Depending on the permissions, these may include reading data and creating, editing, launching, pausing, or otherwise managing campaigns.

You may revoke access through AdsMyself or the settings of the relevant third-party platform. After revocation, some features will stop working and pending commands may not be completed.

Google, Meta, and TikTok are independent third-party services. Their rules, algorithms, moderation, billing, APIs, limits, and availability are not controlled by AdsMyself.

We may change, restrict, or discontinue an integration where required by API changes, policies, permissions, security requirements, or a decision of the relevant platform.

6. Campaigns and Automated Rules

You determine campaign settings, thresholds, rules, analysis periods, and automated actions. Before activation, you must review the settings and assess their possible consequences.

Advertising-platform data may be delayed, revised after initial display, or differ because of attribution, time zones, rounding, adjustments, or technical characteristics.

AdsMyself does not guarantee immediate rule execution, complete prevention of overspending, achievement of a specified cost per lead, any number or quality of leads, ROAS, CPA, CPC, profit, or any other marketing or financial result.

A "successful" status means that a command was technically transmitted and/or its execution was confirmed through an API. It does not mean that the expected commercial result was achieved and does not exclude later charges caused by reporting delays or advertising already processed.

For security and technical dispute resolution, AdsMyself may retain logs of rule creation, triggering, commands, API responses, errors, and the observed campaign status.

7. Responsibility for Advertising

You are fully responsible for the content and legality of campaigns, creative materials, landing pages, products, services, claims, audiences, customer lists, and lead data.

The Service may not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, discriminatory, harmful advertising or advertising that infringes third-party rights.

AdsMyself may suspend access or specific functionality where it reasonably believes that use of the Service violates law, these Terms, third-party rights, or the rules of a connected platform.

8. Subscription, Payments, and Advertising Spend

Paid AdsMyself features are provided on a subscription basis according to the plan, price, currency, billing period, and conditions shown before purchase.

Where automatic renewal is disclosed at checkout, the subscription renews for the next billing period until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewal, while access generally continues until the end of the period already paid for.

AdsMyself accepts payment only for the Service subscription. Advertising budgets are paid directly to Google, Meta, TikTok, or another advertising platform. AdsMyself does not receive, hold, or refund advertising budgets and is not a party to billing disputes between you and an advertising platform.

You are responsible for applicable taxes, bank fees, currency conversion, and other charges associated with your purchase.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel the next subscription renewal through the available AdsMyself interface or contact channel.

Payments for a billing period that has already started are generally non-refundable and are not prorated for unused days, except where mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.

Duplicate or erroneous charges and cases where paid access was not provided due to AdsMyself are reviewed based on supporting information.

This section does not apply to advertising spend charged by Google, Meta, TikTok, or another advertising platform.

10. Availability and Changes

We aim to provide a stable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, incidents, API restrictions, network failures, and third-party actions may occur.

We may add, change, or discontinue features where necessary for product development, security, legal compliance, or third-party platform rules. Material changes adversely affecting an active paid subscription will be communicated reasonably.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service, software code, design, text, graphics, trade identifiers, and other AdsMyself materials are protected by intellectual property law.

Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the Service during your access period.

You retain rights in your materials and data and grant AdsMyself permission to process them only as necessary to provide, secure, and improve the Service in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdsMyself is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, loss of expected savings, loss of data, reputational harm, decisions of advertising platforms, or advertising spend arising from use or inability to use the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for intentional misconduct.

Users must take reasonable steps to mitigate losses, review critical settings, and monitor advertising accounts directly within the relevant platforms.

13. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect integrations at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these Terms, non-payment, a security threat, unlawful use, or a requirement of law or a third-party platform.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain effective, including payment, intellectual property, liability, and dispute provisions.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without prejudice to any mandatory rights that may apply under the law of another jurisdiction.

Before starting court proceedings, the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute through negotiation. Disputes are submitted to competent courts in accordance with applicable jurisdiction rules.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms due to changes in functionality, business model, security requirements, or law. The current version and effective date are published on the Website.

We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Where required by law or the nature of the change, we may request renewed acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Contact

Questions about these Terms may be submitted through the contact channel published at https://www.adsmyself.com/.
